What does each permission mean?

View wallets — see all workspace wallets and their transactions.

Create / Connect wallets — create internal wallets and connect external ones (the user then sees transactions from the wallets they created or linked).

Edit wallets — rename existing wallets.

Transfer between wallets — move funds between internal wallets.

View payments — see all payments and batches.

Create payments — create payment requests.

Send payments — send or reject payments.

Manage recurring payments — create and manage recurring payment templates.

Allow auto-pay on recurring payments — let recurring payments send automatically.

Allow payments to unsaved addresses — let this member create and send payments to addresses that aren't saved as counterparties.

View counterparties — view counterparties.

Create counterparties — add new counterparties.

Edit counterparties — edit counterparties.

View invoices — view all invoices.

Create invoices — create invoices (invited managers' invoices go to the owner for approval).

View categories — see categories and the category columns and filters.

Assign categories — apply categories to transactions and payments.

Manage category rules — create and manage rules that auto-assign categories to transactions.

AML checks — run AML checks and manage scheduled checks.

View budgets — see budgets.

Manage budgets — create, edit and delete budgets.

View units — see units, the unit column and filters, and the “by unit” view in reports.

Create / Edit / Archive units — create, edit and archive units (archiving is owner-only by default).

Manage approval rules — create and manage the rules that send matching payments for approval before they're sent.

View P&L report — open the Profit & Loss report and export it.

View billing history — view the service-balance top-ups and charges journal.
