What does each permission mean?

Permissions grant access to specific sections or actions. You can set them one by one, or start from a role template (Finance Analyst, Finance Manager, CFO) and fine-tune.

Wallets

  • View wallets — see all workspace wallets and their transactions.

  • Create / Connect wallets — create internal wallets and connect external ones (the user then sees transactions from the wallets they created or linked).

  • Edit wallets — rename existing wallets.

  • Transfer between wallets — move funds between internal wallets.

Payments

  • View payments — see all payments and batches.

  • Create payments — create payment requests.

  • Send payments — send or reject payments.

  • Manage recurring payments — create and manage recurring payment templates.

  • Allow auto-pay on recurring payments — let recurring payments send automatically.

  • Allow payments to unsaved addresses — let this member create and send payments to addresses that aren't saved as counterparties.

Counterparties

  • View counterparties — view counterparties.

  • Create counterparties — add new counterparties.

  • Edit counterparties — edit counterparties.

Invoices

  • View invoices — view all invoices.

  • Create invoices — create invoices (invited managers' invoices go to the owner for approval).

Categories

  • View categories — see categories and the category columns and filters.

  • Assign categories — apply categories to transactions and payments.

AML

  • AML checks — submit wallets for AML checks.

Reports

  • View P&L report — open the Profit & Loss report and export it.

Settings

  • View billing history — view the service-balance top-ups and charges journal.
