What types of invoices exist?

There are 2 type of invoices that can be created in the system:

  • Incoming invoices β€” invoices sent to you for payment from other VaultNow users or self-billing invoices issued by yourself. For example, your employee can send you an invoice to pay for some services like exhibition, reimbursements for some expenses etc.

  • Outgoing invoices β€” invoices you send to your customers to pay for you services.

This 2 types of invoices are on different pages in Navigation menu. Generally, Invoices include the following information:

  • issue and due date

  • sender and recipient details

  • item list of the services, with quantity and unit price

  • total amount

  • payment status

Invoices can be paid in crypto (e.g. USDT on Tron).

After creating and approving the outgoing invoice your counterparty will receive email notification via email with pdf document attached.

After creating and approving Incoming invoice you will see payment request in Payments section.
