Transactions β browse and filter your full transaction history.
Payments β view and manage outgoing payments (what you can do here depends on your role).
Counterparties β your saved counterparties and their details.

β¨οΈ Bot commands
Beyond the buttons, the bot understands a short list of typed commands.
π Global commands β usable in ANY Telegram chat
You don't even need to open the bot for quick lookups. Type @vaultnow_info_bot followed by a space and a shortcut below in the message box of any chat β your own DM with a colleague, a group, even one the bot was never added to β and Telegram shows a live dropdown of results you can post with one tap:
Type this | What it does |
Search your wallets β pick one to post it into that chat
Post a QR code of a deposit address straight into this chat
Full transaction search
Start a payment to that address β you finish and confirm it in your private chat with the bot
Run a quick AML check on an address (EVM/TRON only)
Note: This still uses your own VaultNow identity β your Telegram needs to be linked, exactly like everywhere else in this guide. And outside your own private chat with the bot, a wallet or transaction you post shows a shortened, non-sensitive version (no balances, no wallet name visible to the whole room) β full detail stays reserved for your own DM with the bot.
In a private chat with the bot:
Command | What it does |
On its own: opens your main menu if your account is already linked, or shows the "Sign in / Sign up" screen if it isn't. Followed by a one-time code (
Opens the bot's main menu β same as a bare
Stops whatever multi-step action you're in the middle of (e.g. filling in a payment) and returns you to normal replies.
Fully disconnects your Telegram from your VaultNow account.

β FAQ
How exactly do I connect Telegram to an account I already have?
Log in to VaultNow and open Settings β Messengers.
Click Connect.
A one-time link code appears, with an Open Telegram button.
Tap Open Telegram (or copy the code and open the bot yourself) β a private chat opens and the code is sent automatically.
The bot replies "Account linked. Notifications and operations are now available here."
What exactly happens when I sign up from the bot?
Tapping π Sign up shows the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy with an Accept and create account button. Once accepted:
Your account and personal ETH/TRON wallets are created instantly.
Telegram becomes your confirmation channel automatically.
You land straight in the main menu, with a tip to also enable an authenticator app.
This account only has a Telegram identity β no email/password yet, so you can't log in on the website until you attach an email (next question). Too many sign-up attempts in a short time triggers a temporary rate limit β expected protection, not a bug.
How do I get full website access from a bot-only account?
The bottom menu button, π Full version (web), walks you through it instead of opening the site directly:
Tap Full version (web).
Enter your email.
Enter the 6-digit code the bot sends to it.
You get "Done! Your email is confirmed β the web account is now open." with an Open web account button β a one-time login link valid for 5 minutes.
Log in once, set a password, and the same button becomes a permanent link straight to the site. Haven't set a password yet? Tap the button again any time for a fresh one-time link. Each email can only be attached to one account.
How do I disconnect (unlink) my Telegram account?
Either Settings β Messengers β Unlink on the website, or /unlink in your private chat with the bot. This removes the bot's access entirely, along with any group notification chats tied to it.
Unlinking is blocked in two cases:
Telegram is your active confirmation method β switch to a different one in Settings β Security first.
A bot-only account with no email, that isn't empty β attach an email (or withdraw funds) first. If that same no-email account is completely empty, the bot instead offers a one-tap "Close the account and unlink".
