πŸš€ Introducing the VaultNow Mini App

Written by Anna

Your whole VaultNow account, right inside Telegram. No app to install, no separate login β€” tap one button in the bot and you're in.

  • πŸ“Š Dashboard at a glance β€” balances and favorite wallets the second you open it

  • πŸ’Έ Send & receive crypto without leaving the chat

  • ⚑ Works in any Telegram chat β€” type @vaultnow_info_bot in any conversation to search a wallet, grab a deposit QR, or start a payment, without ever opening the bot itself

  • πŸ”— Share a wallet as a QR code with one tap β€” no more copy-pasting addresses into chats

  • 🧾 Payments, transactions & billing history β€” filter and export to CSV on the go

  • πŸ›‘οΈ AML checks, 2FA, confirmation methods β€” manage your security from your phone

Full functionality always stays on the website too β€” the Mini App is your fast lane for checking things on the go, not a replacement.

🏁 Get started in 3 steps

Step 1 β€” Open the bot

Go to https://t.me/vaultnow_info_bot and hit /start.

Step 2 β€” Get in

What you see next depends on whether you already have a VaultNow account:

  • Already have an account?
    Tap πŸ”— Sign in, then connect Telegram from Settings β†’ Messengers β†’ Connect on the website β€” full steps and edge cases are in the FAQ.

  • New to VaultNow?
    Tap πŸ†• Sign up, accept the terms, and your account (with personal ETH and TRON wallets) is created instantly β€” no email or password needed to start. Details in the FAQ.

Step 3 β€” Open the Mini App

Tap πŸ“± Open app at the bottom of the bot's menu. Telegram passes your identity along automatically β€” no separate sign-in screen, you're straight in.

🧭 What's inside the Mini App

  • Dashboard β€” your balances and favorite wallets at a glance.

  • Wallets β€” check balances, get a deposit address, and share a wallet as a QR code straight into any Telegram chat, group, or channel β€” one tap, no typing addresses.

  • Transactions β€” browse and filter your full transaction history.

  • Payments β€” view and manage outgoing payments (what you can do here depends on your role).

  • Counterparties β€” your saved counterparties and their details.

  • AML checks β€” check history, plus running a new check if you have the rights.

  • Billing history β€” a filterable log of your service-balance charges and top-ups (AML checks, TRON energy delegation, etc.), with CSV export.

  • Settings β€” two-factor authentication, your confirmation method, whitelisted payment addresses, and interface language.

Important note The Mini App follows the exact same roles and permissions as the website β€” if a section or action isn't available to your role in the browser, it won't be available here either. A few things are still website-only for now (for example, invoices, or changing another team member's permissions) β€” use the full site for those.

⌨️ Bot commands

Beyond the buttons, the bot understands a short list of typed commands.

🌍 Global commands β€” usable in ANY Telegram chat

You don't even need to open the bot for quick lookups. Type @vaultnow_info_bot followed by a space and a shortcut below in the message box of any chat β€” your own DM with a colleague, a group, even one the bot was never added to β€” and Telegram shows a live dropdown of results you can post with one tap:

Type this

What it does

@vaultnow_info_bot w <name or address>

Search your wallets β€” pick one to post it into that chat

@vaultnow_info_bot rcv <wallet or address>

Post a QR code of a deposit address straight into this chat

@vaultnow_info_bot trx <hash or address>

Full transaction search

@vaultnow_info_bot send <address>

Start a payment to that address β€” you finish and confirm it in your private chat with the bot

@vaultnow_info_bot aml <wallet or address>

Run a quick AML check on an address (EVM/TRON only)

Note: This still uses your own VaultNow identity β€” your Telegram needs to be linked, exactly like everywhere else in this guide. And outside your own private chat with the bot, a wallet or transaction you post shows a shortened, non-sensitive version (no balances, no wallet name visible to the whole room) β€” full detail stays reserved for your own DM with the bot.

In a private chat with the bot:

Command

What it does

/start

On its own: opens your main menu if your account is already linked, or shows the "Sign in / Sign up" screen if it isn't. Followed by a one-time code (/start <code>): connects this Telegram to your VaultNow account. In practice, tapping Open Telegram on the website sends this for you β€” you rarely type it yourself.

/menu

Opens the bot's main menu β€” same as a bare /start.

/cancel

Stops whatever multi-step action you're in the middle of (e.g. filling in a payment) and returns you to normal replies.

/unlink

Fully disconnects your Telegram from your VaultNow account.

❓ FAQ

How exactly do I connect Telegram to an account I already have?

  1. Log in to VaultNow and open Settings β†’ Messengers.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. A one-time link code appears, with an Open Telegram button.

  4. Tap Open Telegram (or copy the code and open the bot yourself) β€” a private chat opens and the code is sent automatically.

  5. The bot replies "Account linked. Notifications and operations are now available here."

What exactly happens when I sign up from the bot?

Tapping πŸ†• Sign up shows the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy with an Accept and create account button. Once accepted:

  • Your account and personal ETH/TRON wallets are created instantly.

  • Telegram becomes your confirmation channel automatically.

  • You land straight in the main menu, with a tip to also enable an authenticator app.

This account only has a Telegram identity β€” no email/password yet, so you can't log in on the website until you attach an email (next question). Too many sign-up attempts in a short time triggers a temporary rate limit β€” expected protection, not a bug.

How do I get full website access from a bot-only account?

The bottom menu button, 🌐 Full version (web), walks you through it instead of opening the site directly:

  1. Tap Full version (web).

  2. Enter your email.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code the bot sends to it.

  4. You get "Done! Your email is confirmed β€” the web account is now open." with an Open web account button β€” a one-time login link valid for 5 minutes.

Log in once, set a password, and the same button becomes a permanent link straight to the site. Haven't set a password yet? Tap the button again any time for a fresh one-time link. Each email can only be attached to one account.

How do I disconnect (unlink) my Telegram account?

Either Settings β†’ Messengers β†’ Unlink on the website, or /unlink in your private chat with the bot. This removes the bot's access entirely, along with any group notification chats tied to it.

Unlinking is blocked in two cases:

  • Telegram is your active confirmation method β€” switch to a different one in Settings β†’ Security first.

  • A bot-only account with no email, that isn't empty β€” attach an email (or withdraw funds) first. If that same no-email account is completely empty, the bot instead offers a one-tap "Close the account and unlink".
