  1. Select who will pay to whom (your customer to you, or you to some third party)

  2. Select payment method and wallet address

  3. Add some specifications about services or goods using description (like items, quantity, unit price

  4. Add some notes if neccessary

  5. Click Send invoice or Save draft.

    • After you sent invoice, you cannot edit it.

    • The recipient will receive the invoice by email.

    • If the recipient uses VaultNow, the invoice will also appear in their workspace.

How can I create an invoice if I am an invited manager?

  1. Go to the Invoices page and create an invoice by filling in all the required fields as outlined above.

  2. If you need to save the data and return to editing later, click the Save draft button on the right-hand panel.

  3. If no further changes are required, click Verify invoice — the invoice will then be sent to the company owner for approval.

  4. After the invoice is submitted for verification, the manager who created it can only cancel it.

  5. The final sending of the invoice to the client is performed by the company owner on the Outgoing Invoices page by clicking the Send button in the Actions column next to the relevant invoice.

  6. If the company owner does not agree with the provided information, they can reject the invoice by clicking the Reject button in the same column next to the corresponding invoice.

When building the invoice you can add up to 100 line items and pick a due-date preset (Due on Receipt, Net 15, Net 30 or Net 60). There is also a Reverse mode for self-billing style invoices.

You can issue an invoice to a counterparty that has no email address — it just won't be emailed automatically, and you'll see a reminder that the invoice won't be sent by email because the counterparty has no email on file.
