Billing History is a read-only journal of everything that moves your Service Balance — top-ups and service charges alike.
What you'll find. Entries such as top-ups, withdrawals, payment commissions, energy/gas commissions, exchanges and AML charges, each with a status (for example Finished, Processing, Cancelled or Failed). Other entries include Subscription charge (your plan's charge), Subscription proration credit (the unused part of a paid period returned when you change plan), Referral income, Promocode bonus (a bonus from an applied promo code), Energy delegation and Rollback.
Export. Download the journal as a CSV for your records. You can also export your billing history from the VaultNow Telegram bot.
