Payments Analytics: monitor your payment activity

Written by Emma

Payments Analytics is a read-only dashboard that helps you monitor your team's payment activity — how much is queued, how much has gone out, and where it's going. Open it from the Analytics button on the Payments page. Everything here is based on your Payments data; it doesn't create or change anything.

Choosing the period. Pick a period — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (default), This Month, Last Month, All time, or a Custom date range. The period applies to every block on the page.

Key figures. Four cards summarize your payments for the period: Total Payments (and how many were delivered), In flight (pending, in progress or awaiting approval), Pending Approval (awaiting a decision), and Scheduled (approved, awaiting dispatch).

Volume by currency. A table of outgoing volume grouped by token and chain, sorted by amount, with the number of payments and total volume for each.

Top recipients. Your top 5 counterparties by number of payments, each with the payment count, last payment date and total value.

Status breakdown. A stacked bar showing how your payments split across statuses (Paid, In Progress, Pending, Pending Approval, Scheduled, Initial, Rejected, Error), with a legend showing the count and share of each.

To see the individual payments behind any figure, open the Payments page and apply the matching filter. Export to CSV/PDF is available on the Payments page, not here.
