Plans & Billing

Written by Emma

VaultNow plans: Freemium, Basic, Pro, Advanced and Enterprise. They differ by limits — team seats, active wallets per network, business units, free AML checks per day — and by features such as batch payouts, budgets, approval workflows and stealth payments. Service fees also depend on your plan.

See current prices and limits on the Billing page — the last item in the side menu. The Billing page is available on the website only.

Your plan is paid from your Service Balance, monthly or annually. Annual billing is cheaper — the discount is shown on the Billing page.

Upgrading, or changing the billing period of a paid plan, applies immediately: the new plan is charged right away, and the unused part of your current paid period is returned to your Service Balance as Subscription proration credit.

Only the company owner can change the plan. For Enterprise, click Contact support.

What happens if a subscription payment fails?

If your plan can't be charged (for example, your Service Balance is too low), you get a 7-day grace period: your plan and its features stay active.

During this time, a banner at the top of every page shows how many days are left until the downgrade, with a Go to Billing button.

Top up your Service Balance — the charge is retried automatically. If the grace period ends without payment, your company is moved to the Freemium plan.
