Before you can send, you confirm you've checked them by ticking I verified the new recipient addresses. Until then, Send stays disabled.
This check applies to every send — whatever you pay from, an external wallet, an internal wallet or a stealth payment. It's a safety reminder: always double-check a new address, since crypto transfers can't be reversed.
