For wallets created in VaultNow you can reveal the wallet's recovery phrase (seed phrase) to back it up or import it elsewhere. You'll find Reveal on the wallet's detail page (under Security → Recovery phrase) and in Settings.
Because the recovery phrase gives full control of the wallet, revealing it runs through a protected flow: you confirm the action with your confirmation method, and VaultNow then emails you a one-time, password-protected download link. The link and its password are single-use and valid only for a short time; open the file to read your phrase.
Keep the phrase completely private — anyone who has it can move the wallet's funds, and the action can't be reversed. VaultNow will never ask you for it. The company owner can see a log of who has revealed a phrase.
